1Free invitations for professional distributor companies

All leaders and team members are welcome from companies that are:

BPMA members
Sourcing City customers
Purple Club members
Catalogue group members: Advantage, Ignite, Page, Promotional Union, Encore and Recognition Express
Recognised professional distributors

There’s no limit on how many people can attend from each invited company.

What we mean by a professional distributor

A company with a dedicated focus and infrastructure for selling promotional merchandise to end users. In practice, that means a promotional merchandise office, a dedicated team and a website.

2Exhibitors can request free invitations for distributors

Invitations go to professional distributors who don’t otherwise qualify but whom an exhibitor would like to meet. Exhibitors just tell us which companies and contacts should receive one.

3Overseas professional distributors

Overseas professional distributors who meet the entry criteria are welcome, as is anyone we consider of particular value for exhibitors to meet.

5Non-exhibiting suppliers are not admitted

We know some suppliers would like to see the show before deciding to exhibit, but it wouldn’t be fair on paying exhibitors for them to attend and meet distributors.
