To exhibit at Merchandise World, your company must be a member of Sourcing City, the Purple Club or the BPMA.
Your company can exhibit if it is a member of at least one of the following:
The same rule applies to every exhibitor, whether based in the UK or overseas.
Your membership must be current at two points: when you book your stand, and on the show days.
Where more than one company exhibits on the same stand, each company must be a member in its own right. A stand booked by a member does not extend membership to a second company sharing it.
Merchandise World is co-owned by the BPMA and Sourcing City. Visitors are checked on arrival, and anyone who cannot be verified as a professional distributor is refused entry. This policy applies the same standard to exhibitors: every company on the floor is a known member of the industry.
At Merchandise World January 2026, 187 companies exhibited to 1,490 distributor visitors from 585 distributor companies.
