Merchandise World Visitor Policy

1. Free Invitation for all leaders and team members in Professional Distributor Companies who are:

a. BPMA Members
b. Sourcing City Customers
c. Purple Club Members
d. Catalogue Group Members: Advantage, Ignite, Page, Promotional Union, Encore, Recognition Express.
e. Recognised Professional Distributors

No limit on number of company personnel able to attend from any of the above invited distributors.

2. Exhibiting Suppliers can request free entry invitations.

These are sent to professional distributors that do not qualify, but that the exhibitor would like to attend. Exhibitors to advise Merchandise World of the distributor companies and contacts they would like to receive an invitation.

3. Overseas Professional Distributors:

Should any overseas professional distributors meet the entry criteria, or anyone seen of particular value for exhibitors to meet, then they can be admitted.

4. End Users are not invited or admitted to Merchandise World.

5. Suppliers who are not exhibiting are not admitted to Merchandise World.

Whilst we appreciate some suppliers may like to see the exhibition before deciding to exhibit, it is considered unfair on paying exhibitors if they were admitted and potentially met distributors.

6. Children not admitted to Merchandise World.

No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the show hall with exhibitors or visitors at any time.

Definition of Professional Distributor

A Professional Distributor is defined as: ‘A company who has a dedicated focus and infrastructure to professionally facilitate the sale of promotional merchandise to end users’. (*Dedicated = Promotional merchandise office and dedicated team + website.)
